Express Check In

Steve & Kate’s Camp

Product & UX

Steve & Kate’s Camp supported a very flexible registration plan. Parents could buy any number of Camp passes and then use them any time throughout the summer at any one of our locations.

Express Check In was designed so that returning parents who had already purchased passes could pre-order lunch and skip the morning check-in line full with first-day campers and parents.

Check out the Lunch Line project to see details on how we handled all those lunch orders! You can also see behind the scenes on this project in my Systems Thinking Case Study.
